How Do We Listen When We Don’t Agree

Synodal Journey

What happens when we disagree or hold different viewpoints? Do we stop listening? End the relationship? What does Christ call us to do? There are many examples in our listening sessions that show we have very different, and opposing needs. Some people want a place for community, a gathering before Masses; others want a sacred and quiet space. Some people miss the music and singing together, others find the music overwhelming! The Pastoral Council doesn’t have an answer on how to meet these competing needs. Would you help be part of finding a solution and working together?
