Adult Initiation - RCIA

Adults interested in learning more about our Catholic Christian faith may register in our Adult Initiation Program (RCIA). After participating, candidates wishing to become members of our Catholic Christian Community may celebrate the sacraments of initiation at our Easter Vigil Liturgy.

Parishioners (sponsors) support catechumens through their journey of faith by sharing their faith experience and being available to discuss questions. Parishioners might also adopt a catechuman by praying for that person regularly throughout the year of their faith journey. Catechists (teachers) share their understanding of topics such as prayer, scripture, Church history, sacraments, Christian morality, and social ministry.

Women’s Fellowship

Christian women—parishioners and neighbors—gather for classes and sharing of ways to have a more effective and satisfying Christian lifestyle for themselves and their families. All women are welcome to join us for fellowship, scripture reflections, and prayer. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month up at church in the Narthex Room. More information forthcoming.

Super Seniors

Adults over 50 meet to worship, pray, and socialize. The group meets for Mass and Adoration every first Friday of the month at 9 AM, followed by breakfast together at a local restaurant. Social activities include dinners and events such as plays, casinos, and concerts. For information, call Bernie Jacobs at 253-927-2766.
