St. Theresa's welcomes your child to be baptized. If you are expecting a baby or have an infant to be baptized, contact Eduviges Munoz or Alma Carrillo at the parish office (253-838-5924) to register for class. Infant baptism classes are held six times a year.

Requirements for Baptism

• Be registered in St. Theresa Parish for at least 3 months before baptism.
• Provide a copy of the child's birth certificate.
• Take the prebaptismal class; both parents and godparents are required to attend.

Requirements to be godparents

• Baptized, confirmed, and actively receiving Holy Communion
• Active member of a Catholic Church
• At least 16 years of age
• Single, or married in the Catholic Church
• Good role model in the Catholic faith
